PURE

It means that the oil is extracted from the seed or fruit by means of a cold grip, without  that he  oil  have some kind of refinement, and thus preserve  its natural properties intact.

ORGANIC

It is a term used to describe production methods that are carried out  without the use of chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides and pesticides. In the harvest of the plant, stored and fractionated, it is not treated with any type of pesticide or chemical product that can alter or contaminate the final product.

BIODYNAMIC

The adjective "biodynamic"  it is composed from the Greek words "bios"  which means life and "dynamis"  which means strength. It is an agriculture that works with the forces that give life to the earth.  This type of agriculture is characterized by the responsible use of natural resources, avoiding the use of chemical substances, fertilizers, pesticides or GMOs and other artificial and toxic compounds. But beyond its purely ecological character, the main characteristic of the  biodynamic agriculture  is that it is based on a spiritual aspect of the relationship between the human being and the earth as a being with its own life, based on cosmic forces, such as the cycles of the  Moon for example,  to carry on  the sowing and harvesting of crops, obtaining better quality plants and fruits.

DEMETER

Demeter is the brand  of the products of biodynamic agriculture. These ​ are certified with the "Demeter" quality seal  and they bear the official seal of organic farming.  Only farmers or processors who have signed a contract and are inspected and certified by the Demeter organization of the corresponding country are allowed to use this mark. The strict and complete verification of the process ensures that the Demeter Regulations for the production and processing of the products are complied with; without any gap, step by step, from production in the field, through all the manufacturing processes, to the packaging of the final product  guaranteeing the highest quality of organic farming.
